About Ingrid

I am passionate about the importance of high quality public education and believe that every student can be successful when schools, families, and communities work together.  In particular, I am interested in exploring and developing dropout prevention programs and strategies.

I have worked as a family services coordinator for military families, individual and couples counsellor, guidance counsellor, educational consultant and project development officer.  I hold an Honours B.A. in Psychology from the University of Regina (1984) and an M.A. in Educational and Counselling Psychology from McGill University (2001).  I am a registered member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec.

As an educational consultant, it is my pleasure to work with the principals, teachers and professionals of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board.  Please feel free to contact me at any time.
